Automatic Sea Vision® develops innovative solutions dedicated to maritime security and a true technologic breakthrough in maritime onboard watch equipment: ASV-DET is the first software for automatic visual watch. Based on an innovative and image processing using infrared images in moving environment, it guarantees a full automatic watch, detection and alert on the observed maritime perimeter.



ASV-SERVO software is ASV smart Slew-to-cue surveillance capability for increased identification. It optimizes the existing means of surveillance (Radar and infrared imagery) to provide an additional and original identification capacity. For all detected tracks by radar (band S or band X) or from the ASV-DET software, ASV-SERVO automates the orientation of all Pan Tilt Zoom cameras connected on tracks of interest, allowing a quick identification by the operator.



Performances and Benefits

ASV software suite enhances the capacity of detection and identification of thermal infrared cameras. It significantly increases watch performances of the surveillance or bridge teams.

  • New and specific algorithm for maritime surveillance, dedicated to detect moving objects, in a moving environment (sea) from a moving platform (ship).
  • Alert notice on all kind of objects, very small (from 2 pixels), static or fast (up to 35 knots), in calm or rough weather and sometimes not even seen by a human eye or a radar.
  • Brings a visual dimension paramount in maritime surveillance while not competing with existing systems (Radar, AIS, VTS...) but complete them.
  • ASV software suite is camera agnostic. It works on COTS hardware. It is easy to integrate and upgrade.
